Incuspaze launches 500-seater capacity office in Kochi – ET RealEstate

NEW DELHI: Incuspaze, a managed office space provider, has launched over 500 seating capacity centre in Kakkanad, Kochi. The new facility was launched in two phases of 300 and 200 seats respectively, the company said in a media release.

“Ever since the outbreak of the Coronavirus, companies are demanding more flexible options in CRE, with less CAPEX, and in such situation managed offices can really help corporates to save some money liabilities, foster workspace growth.

Propelled by factors like the decentralization of corporate offices and the increase in the demand for satellite offices by MNCs, this spoke, and hub model is here to stay; managed offices have been also opted by the workforce looking for a suitable workspace near their homes,” the company said.

It recently had partnered with Urbtech India Developers to launch managed office space spread across 5 lakh sq ft in Sector-132 at Urbtech Trade Centre. It had also added 2.5 lakh sq ft in Gurugram and a managed office space in Vadodara in January.

Incuspaze said that it has signed over 7.5 lakh sq ft in Delhi/NCR and is in discussions with developers to add another 3 million sq ft of managed office by year’s end.

Incuspaze launches 50,000 sq ft co-working space in Vadodara – ET RealEstate

NEW DELHI: Incuspaze, a managed office space provider, in association with the Alembic Group has launched 50,000 sq ft co-working space in Vadodara, the company said in a media release.

The center has 1000-seat capacity, which will be rolled out in two phases. In the first phase, the company will go live with 500 seats along with dedicated private offices, meeting rooms, and conference rooms.

It will also launch two new centres in Kochi and Trivandrum, at Aspinwall House. Apart from this, they have also signed three new centres in Delhi-NCR spread across 2 lakh sq ft which they plan to launch by end of January 2021.

The company is planning to add 5 lakh sq ft by the end of 2021 in Gujarat. Sanjay Chatrath, managing partner (India) of the company said, “We are already in discussion with multiple asset owners for further expansion in Vadodara and Ahmedabad and new spaces in key cities like Surat and Rajkot.”

With multi-city presence and offerings they hope to leverage on cost and flexibility to meet their business needs while reducing their operational cost by 30-40% at the same time.

Currently, the company has presence in 10 cities with 25 locations.

Co-working firm Incuspaze plans 0.5 million sq ft offices in Gujarat in 2021 – ET RealEstate

Flexible office space provider Incuspaze is planning to set up five new offices spread over 0.5 million sq ft in Gujarat over the next one year.

The co-working firm has forayed into the Gujarat market with its maiden office set up spread over 12,000 sq ft at Vijay Cross Road in Ahmedabad.

The proposed new centers will come up in cities across Gujarat including Vadodara, Rajkot, and Surat.

“In Gujarat, Ahmedabad is the first and our second office is coming up in Vadodara. We have partnered with the Alembic group and this new facility is due to be launched later this month and will have a capacity of 1,000 seats making us the largest managed office space provider in Gujarat,” said Mohit Srivastava, COO, Incuspaze.

Currently, Incuspaze is present across 30 cities with over 58 offices across India. The company’s upcoming centers in Vadodara and Trivandrum will house more than 1,500 seats combined.

“Surat and Rajkot are other cities which we are evaluating closely and are open to working with asset owners across these markets as we have plans to add 5 lakh sq ft of area In Gujarat by 2021,” Srivastava said.

Post-Covid-19, large corporate organizations are reviewing their real estate strategies and reassessing portfolios with an objective to save on their overall expenses. Around 25% of co-working spaces in the top eight cities– 6.4 million sq ft of the total 25.45 million sq ft–is operated by small players, with Bengaluru and the National Capital Region housing most of these companies.

There are over 250 co-working firms in India and the segment is dominated by the top 10 players that hold a 75-80% market share in the top eight cities.
