Real estate firm Smartworld Developers has awarded a ₹532 crore construction contract to Varindera Constructionsfor its upcoming Smartworld Sky Arc project in Gurugram.
In a statement on Monday, Smartworld Developers announced that it has allocated contracts worth approximately ₹1,400 crore across various projects in the past six months.
“For its upcoming iconic project, Smartworld Sky Arc, the company has entrusted Varindera Constructions Limitedwith a ₹532 crore construction mandate,” the statement read.
The Smartworld Sky Arc project spans 6.9 acres and includes over 900 residential units in its first phase. The company estimates a total investment of ₹1,700 crore in the development of this project.
Vivek Singhal, CEO of Smartworld Developers, highlighted Varindera Constructions’ strong track record in the construction sector, reinforcing confidence in the partnership.
Established in 2021, Smartworld Developers, a part of the M3M India Group, is actively developing multiple projects in Gurugram. The company aims to deliver approximately 50 lakh square feet of real estate in the coming months.
