Kalpesh Mehta, Founder of Tribeca Developers and the licensed Indian partner for Trump Towers projects, was also in the U.S. for the grand event. Both Mehta and Bansal play a crucial role in the development of Trump Towers in India, further strengthening business ties between Indian real estate leaders and the Trump Organization.

Trump Towers in India: A Growing Partnership
Kalpesh Mehta’s company, Tribeca, has been a partner of the Trump Organization in India for over 13 years. Mehta, who attended the Wharton School alongside Donald Trump Jr., is known for his close association with the Trump family.
Mehta and Bansal were invited to the exclusive friends and family group, which includes Trump’s global business partners.
M3M and Tribeca are currently developing Delhi NCR’s first Trump Towers, slated for completion in 2025. As the co-developer, Tribeca collaborates with local developers to bring Trump-branded luxury properties to India.
At present, India has four Trump Tower projects in Mumbai, Pune, Gurugram, and Kolkata, covering approximately 3.5 million square feet. The Gurugram and Kolkata projects are expected to be delivered in 2025.
